Easy and quick to get on and off! Exactly what I needed for a fast paced group lifting class.I bought these for my total gym and holds the weights I added to my seat with an easy lock style grip.Fits 1" bar wellItem works good.One of the little screws came out and I don’t feel secure/comfortable using them, not sure if plates are securely on.The clamps are designed with a single unsecured pin to hold the clamp hinge. The pin keeps falling out, resulting in the camp not being able to lock. Partial movement of the pin will not allow the camp to close. Full loss of the pin causes the clamp to not latch at all. Returned one set and got a replacement. After yhe second pair failed, My husband changed the pins.Works great, and is secure to hold weights on bar.
