These are a nice size, look classy, and hold longer, fuller hair solidly. They would be better if the surface was a bit smoother, but if you're a little careful they don't snag hair.I bought these as well as two Kitsch clips that cost more. Comparatively, these are not as smooth or sturdy feeling, but they are bigger and substantially less expensive. I don't expect a ton of longevity but I'll wear them as long as they last and look nice.I won't wear these in the car. If you get rear-ended and your head gets thrown into the headrest they could do real damage to your skull.
